Terms and Conditions
These terms describe how Amazing Punch quotes, prepares, and delivers custom embroidery digitizing. They apply to use of amazingpunch.com and to orders placed with the studio. Customers are primarily in the United States. Remote orders from elsewhere are accepted when the job can be handled that way.
Introduction and acceptance of terms
By using this website or asking Amazing Punch to prepare a file, you agree to these terms and to the Refund Policy. If you are ordering for a shop or another organization, you confirm that you are allowed to place that order.
These terms are customer information. They are not a statement that they override rights you may have under applicable law. This page does not name a court, a governing state, or a dispute process. Those points are not confirmed here.
Description of services
Amazing Punch is an embroidery digitizing and punching studio. The work is a custom digital stitch file, not a finished garment. Services described on the website include embroidery digitizing and punching, logo digitizing, 3D puff digitizing, cap and hat digitizing, patch digitizing, appliqué digitizing, jacket-back digitizing, and related embroidery file services such as vector artwork and file conversion when those are part of the quote.
The exact scope of a job is what the quote or order confirms. A page on the website describes a service. It does not, by itself, mean that every option on that page is included in your order.
Quotes, orders, and customer approval
A quote is an offer for a specific job. It is based on the artwork, size, placement, fabric, format, and other details you provide. Please review that quote before you approve it. Work on the file begins after the order is confirmed in the way the quote describes.
If artwork or instructions change after you approve the quote, the price, timing, or file may need to be confirmed again. You can request a quote from the quote form.
Pricing and payment terms
Payment terms depend on the individual quote or order. Review the payment terms communicated for your specific order before you proceed. This page does not list payment methods, deposits, payment deadlines, or a rule that a deposit is non-refundable. If any of those apply to your job, they will be stated in the quote or order for that job.
Published examples on the website, such as pricing notes on the homepage, are general information. The amount you pay is the amount confirmed for your order.
Turnaround times and delivery
The delivery timeframe is confirmed in your quote. Use that quote or order for the expected turnaround. Amazing Punch does not promise same-day, 24-hour, or otherwise guaranteed delivery on this page.
Timing can move if artwork, size, fabric, format, or approval is still missing, or if you ask for a change after the order is confirmed. If that happens, we will tell you what it means for that job.
Customer-provided artwork and information
You are responsible for the artwork, measurements, placement, fabric, color notes, and machine format you send. Clear information helps the file match the order. If something important is missing or unclear, we may ask before punching.
Rights to uploaded artwork
You are responsible for having the appropriate permission to submit artwork for digitizing. Send only logos, marks, and images you are allowed to use for that purpose. Amazing Punch does not claim ownership of your logos or artwork. We use what you send to prepare your file and to communicate about that order.
Digital file formats and compatibility
The machine format is the one confirmed in your order. Formats the studio currently prepares, when that format is part of the order, include DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), VP3 (Husqvarna Viking), XXX (Singer), HUS (Husqvarna), and EMB (Wilcom).
Files are delivered by the method confirmed for your order. The studio’s usual path, described elsewhere on the site, is to send the file to you, commonly by email. A format that opens in software is not a promise that every machine, hoop, or fabric will sew it the same way.
Two free revisions and the scope of revisions
Each order includes two free revisions. Those revisions should relate to the original agreed order requirements. This page does not add a revision deadline or a charge for further revisions. If a request goes beyond the original brief, we will tell you before extra work starts, and any timing or price for that extra work will be confirmed for that order.
Technical concerns and support requests
If a delivered file has a technical problem, or if it does not match the agreed order requirements, contact the studio with the order details and a description of what you are seeing. A sew-out photo is useful. We will review the request. A review is not a promise of a particular fix before we have looked at the job.
Refund Policy
Refunds after a completed digital file has been delivered are covered in the Refund Policy. Please read that page before you send a refund question. In short, refunds are normally not provided after delivery, and genuine file issues or mismatches with the agreed requirements are reviewed individually.
Website use and prohibited misuse
You may use amazingpunch.com to learn about the studio, request a quote, and contact us. Please do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break, overload, or gain access to non-public areas, sending unlawful content, or using the forms to impersonate someone else or to submit artwork you are not allowed to use.
The site may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside the studio’s control. Quote and contact forms are for real order and service questions.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Your logos and artwork remain yours. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of those materials to Amazing Punch.
The website’s own text, layout, and studio images belong to Amazing Punch or are used with permission. You may not copy that site material for another digitizing business. The stitch file prepared for your order is for that order. These terms do not grant either party a broader license to reuse the other’s materials.
Third-party embroidery machines and software limitations
Embroidery results depend on fabric, machine settings, thread, stabilizer, hooping, and other production choices on the sewing floor. Amazing Punch prepares the digital file. The studio does not operate your machine and does not control those production factors.
We do not guarantee that every digital file will produce identical results on every embroidery machine, software preview, or material. If a sew-out does not match the agreed order requirements, use the review process in the Refund Policy.
Policy updates
We may update these terms. The version at amazingpunch.com/terms-and-condition is the current version. An update does not change the price, payment terms, or turnaround already confirmed in a quote you have accepted, unless we agree on that change with you.
