One mark, many blanks — punch files that stay aligned across a kit.
Polos, caps, totes, and jackets for events — shared sizing so the brand does not look like three vendors.
Promo programs fail when the polo, cap, and bag each get a different visual size. The punch should share a naming and sizing system.

Promo embroidery digitizing for kits
Distributors search “promotional embroidery digitizing” when a conference logo looks huge on a cap and tiny on a tote, or when a rush DST was auto-traced and the operator spends the event weekend trimming jumps. Promo work is volume plus mixed blanks.
Amazing Punch punches a kit as related tickets: left chest, cap front, bag mark — same artwork, placement-specific files, shared color names.
What usually sits in a promo drop
Polos, unstructured caps, tote canvases, and sometimes a jacket. Canvas bags need knock-down or a lighter fill so the weave does not eat the mark. Caps still need center-out pathing. Polos still need knit compensation.
Rush is possible when the brief is complete: size, placement, fabric, format. Incomplete “logo on everything” tickets cannot be honest rushes.
How to brief a promo program
Vector of the event mark, list of products, finished size per item, due date, and machine formats if more than one decorator is sewing. Attach one artwork; we will tell you which placements need a simplified version.
