Production stitch file
3D puff digitizing for raised cap lettering
Puff is a different file. Foam needs wide columns, a cut-away path, and simple shapes — not tiny script.
3D puff digitizing is one of the highest-intent embroidery searches for streetwear caps. Thin letters chew foam; complex logos should stay flat or split: puff on the wordmark, flat on the icon. We plan foam coverage, edge control, and a clean finish so the raise looks even after the first dozen hats.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after the brief is confirmed.
The technical difference
What changes when this file is punched.
These are the decisions specific to this job. Every one of them is made in the file, before the machine ever runs.
-
01
Artwork, size, fabric, and format read before a stitch is laid
-
02
Underlay, density, and compensation set for that garment
-
03
Travel and trims planned so the run is not a clip-fest
-
04
A working file kept so a later size change is an edit, not a guess
