Production stitch file
Jacket back digitizing for large-format embroidery
Large backs eat stitch count if fills are too dense. We punch jacket-scale files so satin bombers and workwear stay flat.
Jacket back digitizing is a common search when teams want a 10–12 inch mark. Heavy tatami on stretch twill puckers; we drop density, add underlay only where the fabric needs it, and split files when hoop limits demand two sew-outs. Applique is often the cleaner path for big lettering. Tell us jacket fabric and hoop size with the brief.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after the brief is confirmed.
The technical difference
What changes when this file is punched.
These are the decisions specific to this job. Every one of them is made in the file, before the machine ever runs.

01
Artwork, size, fabric, and format read before a stitch is laid
-
02
Underlay, density, and compensation set for that garment

03
Travel and trims planned so the run is not a clip-fest

A working file kept so a later size change is an edit, not a guess
