Information we collect

We collect information you send through the website, and limited technical data the server needs to run a form or a session.

Quote form

The quote form asks for your name and email (required). It can also include company, phone, country, service type, finished width and height, placement, fabric or product, machine format, thread colors, turnaround (standard or rush), deadline, whether this is a first order, and job notes. At least one artwork file is required. Allowed file types include common image, vector, PDF, and embroidery formats. A size limit applies (smaller on some hosts).

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, and a message.

Website chat

The site chat can collect a name, an email address for follow-up, and the messages you type. Those threads are stored so the studio can reply.

Client account (if you register)

If you create a client account, the registration form stores first name, last name, username, email, country, city, phone, and a hashed password. Studio login is a separate staff sign-in and is not a public customer form.

Technical information

The website uses PHP sessions for form confirmation, login, and chat. The server also sees ordinary request data such as the page requested. This page does not list a separate analytics product because none is configured in the site files we maintain.

Uploaded artwork and design files

Artwork you upload is used to quote and, if you order, to punch your embroidery file. Service pages and the terms already state that artwork is handled confidentially and used to produce your files.

You are responsible for having permission to submit the logos, marks, and images you send. Amazing Punch does not claim ownership of your artwork. Quote uploads are stored in a private uploads folder that is not meant to be served as a public web page, and a copy may be emailed to the studio inbox with the quote notice.

Finished stitch files are produced for your order. How long source artwork is kept after a job is finished is not set as a numbered rule on this page. See Items not confirmed here.

How we use information

We use the information you send to:

• Reply to a quote, contact message, or chat
• Prepare, deliver, and discuss your embroidery file
• Match a later question to the same job (name, email, and order details)
• Keep a client account working if you registered for one
• Protect the forms against automated spam (the contact and register forms include a hidden field that should stay empty)

We do not use this page to claim marketing lists, advertising profiles, or sale of personal information. Those practices are not described in the site’s quote, contact, or chat code.

Sharing

Quote, contact, and chat records are for the Amazing Punch studio. Email notices go to the studio address published on the site (quotes@amazingpunch.com). Delivery of those notices may use the server’s mail function or a configured mail provider, when one is set up on the host.

We may share information if we are required to by law, or if it is needed to deal with a specific order you asked us to handle (for example, sending the finished file to the email you gave us).

This page does not name payment processors, advertising networks, or analytics vendors, because those are not wired into the public site files. If a payment is arranged off the website, that channel’s own terms apply to that payment.

Data security and retention

Quote files and lead records are stored on the server in a data directory that is blocked from public browsing. Passwords for client accounts are stored as hashes, not as plain text. Forms reject empty required fields and limit message length.

No website can promise that a transmission or a stored file is risk-free. Use the published email or phone if you believe information was sent in error.

This page does not set a numbered retention period (for example, “deleted after 12 months”). Records are kept as needed to handle the quote, the order, and later support on that job, until a different retention practice is confirmed. See Items not confirmed here.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses a session cookie so PHP can keep a short-lived server session. That is how quote and contact confirmation, chat continuity, and login state work. The public pages do not document additional tracking cookies in the site’s own code.

Third-party tools loaded by this website

Public pages load fonts and front-end libraries from third-party CDNs currently used in the site header and footer: Google Fonts, Bootstrap, Font Awesome, and, on pages that need a carousel, jQuery and Slick. Those providers may process the technical request to fetch those files. Their own privacy notices apply to that request.

Footer social links currently point at Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube home pages. They are outbound links. This policy does not describe a pixel or a social plugin beyond those links.

User requests and privacy concerns

If you want to know what we hold for your quote or message, correct a name or email, or ask us to stop using a contact detail for follow-up, email quotes@amazingpunch.com or call +1-901-401-0638. Use the same email address you used on the form when you can, so we can find the record.

We will look at the request and reply. This page does not set a legal deadline, a named privacy officer, or a claim that a specific privacy statute (such as GDPR or CCPA) has been certified. If a law gives you a right that this page does not list, that law still applies.
