Introduction

Amazing Punch provides custom embroidery digitizing and punching. A completed order is a digital stitch file prepared for the size, placement, fabric, and machine format agreed for that job. This policy describes how refund requests are handled. It does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Prices, payment terms, and delivery timing for a specific job are confirmed in that job’s quote or order, not by a single rule on this page. The Terms and Conditions cover quotes, artwork, formats, and website use.

Digital embroidery files and custom work

Digitizing is custom work. The file is built from the artwork and instructions you send, for the placement and format named in the order. It is not a stock design pulled from a catalog. Because the file is made for your order, the usual retail practice of returning an unused product does not map neatly onto a delivered stitch file.

Services include embroidery digitizing and punching, logo digitizing, 3D puff digitizing, cap and hat digitizing, patch digitizing, appliqué digitizing, jacket-back digitizing, and related embroidery file work described on the website.

Refunds after file delivery

Refunds are normally not provided after the completed digital embroidery file has been delivered. Delivery means the finished file for that order has been sent to you.

A change of mind after delivery, a decision not to sew the design, or a preference for a different look that was not part of the agreed order is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.

Technical issues and order requirement mismatches

Genuine technical issues, and cases where the delivered file does not match the agreed order requirements, will be reviewed individually. Contact Amazing Punch with your order details and a clear description of the issue. A sew-out photo or a note about what does not match the agreed size, placement, fabric, or format helps the review.

A review is not an automatic refund, a guaranteed correction, or a guaranteed replacement file. After we look at the order and the issue, we will tell you what we can do for that job.

Two free revisions

Each order includes two free revisions. A revision should relate to the original agreed order requirements, such as the size, placement, fabric, format, and other details confirmed for that job.

This page does not set a deadline for using those revisions, and it does not set a price for work beyond them. If a requested change goes beyond the original agreed requirements, we will say so before extra work starts. Any timing or charge for that extra work, if one applies, will be confirmed with you for that order.

Order cancellation requests

If you need to cancel an order, contact us with the order details as soon as you can. What can be done depends on that order, including whether work has already started. We will review the request and reply with the options for that job.

This page does not set a cancellation deadline or a cancellation fee. Those points are not confirmed here and will be handled with you on the specific order.

• Your name and the email address used for the order
• Enough detail for us to find the order
• What you believe does not match the agreed requirements, or what technical problem you are seeing
• A sew-out photo or other notes, if you have them
