Sleeve embroidery digitizing for narrow placements
Sleeves offer a short, curved field. Files are scaled and sequenced so the crest does not twist toward the seam.
Sleeve digitizing usually sits 1 inch below the shoulder seam. Artwork that works at 3.5 inches on the chest often needs simplified counters on a 2.5 inch sleeve. We keep satin widths legal, reduce travel, and note the recommended distance from the hem so production stays consistent across a run.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after the brief is confirmed.
