Polo shirt digitizing for pique and performance knits
Pique has holes; performance knits stretch. Polo files are punched so the logo stays soft and registered.
Polo digitizing is the everyday uniform search. Typical width is 3–3.5 inches, 7–8 inches down from the collar. We lighten density on pique, add stretch compensation on athletic polos, and keep the file separate from any cap version of the same mark.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after the brief is confirmed.
