Embroidery punching (digitizing) converts artwork into machine commands: stitch length, angle, underlay, and compensation. Operators search for punching services when they need fewer thread breaks and cleaner registration. We punch logos, caps, puff, patches, and jacket backs as separate disciplines so a cap curve never inherits a flat-polo density.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after the brief is complete.
