Cap and hat digitizing with center-out sequencing
Hats are curved, often seamed down the center, and framed differently than a shirt. Cap files are punched for that geometry.
Cap digitizing starts from the middle of the design so the crown stabilizes as it sews. Height is limited; tiny lettering is often redrawn or dropped. Structured caps, truckers, and visors each need different compensation. If the same logo also goes on a polo, order a separate left-chest file. 3D puff is a third file, not a machine toggle.
Artwork is handled confidentially and used only to produce your files. Turnaround: typically 6–14 studio hours after cap style and front height are confirmed.
