Rolling pins are perhaps the earliest known kitchen baking utensils . There are two styles of rolling pins; roller and rods. They are used to flatten and shape dough for cakes, cookies, pizzas and other bread based foods. They are rolled over the dough, along with pressure, to compress and flatten the dough.
I just can’t believe , how one can use her imagination to such a level!
With her creative eye and a sense of humor Zuzia Kozerska transforms a simple rolling pin into a charming kitchen accessory. Polish designer Zuzia Kozerska created an awesome series of laser-engraved rolling pins with a variety of designs and patterns. The rolling pins are perfect for cookies but also work with cakes, pasta, sugar frosting and dumplings. The rolling pins are made from beech wood and measure 42 cm (16.53 in) long and 6 cm (2.36 in) in diameter.
Custom-engraved rolling pins are also available and everything can be purchased through Zuzia’s Etsy store.
“Those rolling pins also work with cakes, pasta, sugar frosting to cover the cake and even dumplings! Even clay if you’re not hungry!”
